Organization Overview
Southwest Human Resource Agency (SWHRA) is committed to strengthening families and communities by promoting responsible fatherhood. We partner with the National Fatherhood Initiative (NFI) to deliver the evidence-based 24/7 Dad program, the nation's most widely used fatherhood curriculum. This program helps fathers improve their parenting skills, build pro-fathering attitudes, enhance co-parenting relationships, and develop essential characteristics of involved, responsible, and committed dads.
Position Summary
The 24/7 Dad Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of the 24/7 Dad fatherhood program. This role focuses on recruiting and engaging fathers, delivering high-quality group sessions, providing case management support, and ensuring program fidelity to NFI's evidence-based curriculum. The Coordinator will work to empower diverse fathers (including non-incarcerated and first-time dads) in the eight-county region that we serve, which include Chester, Decatur, Haywood, Hardeman, Hardin, Henderson and Madison to become more involved in their children's lives, ultimately reducing risks like child maltreatment and improving family outcomes.
The SWHRA Community Recovery Liaison, will serve as a link between the court system, community behavioral health services, individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders, and local Board of Education and schools within the counties served by SWHRA. The role's main objective is to divert individuals into appropriate treatment, reducing recidivism, provide harm reduction, recovery and prevention education, and promoting sustained recovery within the counties that are served by SWHRA.

Departmental Context:
The Rural Transportation Program is designed to benefit all citizens of SWHRA's 8 county region. The transportation service is a curb-to-curb system with flexible schedules to meet the needs of all passengers.
Position Overview:
The Transportation Driver is responsible for safely transporting individuals within the service area to and from designated locations. This role requires adherence to traffic laws, a strong focus on passenger safety, vehicle maintenance, and maintaining a courteous demeanor. The Van Driver works under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor and collaborates with other transportation personnel to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
The Head Start department provides services to preschool children and their families in the comprehensive areas of health, education and social services.
The Head Start Classroom Aide is responsible for the day to day activities necessary for operation of a pre-school type classroom while ensuring program policies and procedures are being met. This position is accountable to the Early Childhood Development Manager.
