Position Overview:
The Summer Food Service Program was created to ensure that children continue receiving the nutritious meals they need even when school is not in session. From May to August, we provide free, healthy meals that meet Federal Nutrition guidelines at approved sites.
As a Summer Food Program Monitor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that program sites follow all guidelines and regulations. Your work will directly impact the success of this program, ensuring meals reach as many children as possible.

We partner with the National Fatherhood Initiative (NFI) to deliver the evidence-based 24/7 Dad program, the nation's most widely used fatherhood curriculum. This program helps fathers improve their parenting skills, build pro-fathering attitudes, enhance co-parenting relationships, and develop essential characteristics of involved, responsible, and committed dads.
Position Summary
The 24/7 Dad Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of the 24/7 Dad fatherhood program. This role focuses on recruiting and engaging fathers, delivering high-quality group sessions, providing case management support, and ensuring program fidelity to NFI's evidence-based curriculum. The Coordinator will work to empower diverse fathers (including non-incarcerated and first-time dads) in the eight-county region that we serve, which include Chester, Decatur, Haywood, Hardeman, Hardin, Henderson and Madison to become more involved in their children's lives, ultimately reducing risks like child maltreatment and improving family outcomes.

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Weatherization Technician to join our in-house crew
focused on improving the energy efficiency, health, and safety of homes throughout West,
Tennessee. The Weatherization Technician will perform a variety of hands-on tasks including air
sealing, insulation, minor repairs, and installation of energy-efficient materials under state and
federal weatherization programs.
Departmental Context
The Head Start department provides services to preschool children and their families in the comprehensive areas of health, education, and social services.
Purpose
The Family Services Manager reports to the Head Start Director and is responsible for the planning, implementation, and delivery of comprehensive social services, family and community partnerships, and enrollment services for all families.

The Rural Transportation Program is designed to benefit all citizens of SWHRA's 8 county region. The transportation service is a curb-to-curb system with flexible schedules to meet the needs of all passengers.
Position Overview:
The Transportation Driver is responsible for safely transporting individuals within the service area to and from designated locations. This role requires adherence to traffic laws, a strong focus on passenger safety, vehicle maintenance, and maintaining a courteous demeanor. The Van Driver works under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor and collaborates with other transportation personnel to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
